BREAKTHROUGH
POEM:
In 2001, June Penick LeRoy bequeathed me this poem as a gift.
I met June at a seminar at the beautiful Esalen Institute in
Big Sur. Her poem beautifully illustrates the focus of my work,
and what we are all seeking.

QUOTES:
These are some inspirational and thought provoking
quotes I have accumulated
over the years. Enjoy!
RECOMMENDED
READING:
I have personally
found the following books inspiring, insightful, and motivational.
I will continue adding to this list going forward.
Articles: BREAKING
FAMILY CYCLES:
This article has a Universal theme, and applies to almost everyone.
A true “breakthrough” in part, includes liberation from the
bonds of negative and unproductive family legacies… (we all
have those shackles…)
Article: FEAR
OF THE FUTURE:
Since everyone struggles
with anticipating the future and thereby creating unnecessary
anxiety, this article is the consummate reminder for staying
in present time – in the “NOW.”
NOTES
ON LATE ACHIEVERS / HOPE FLOATS:
We all need hope. This section, not only provides interesting
reading, but also documents famous late bloomers. Upshot: It’s never too
late to achieve a goal or dream.
I CREATE
MY DAY:
Extracted from the film, What the Bleep Do We Know, Dr. Joe
Dispenza's monologue is an uplifting reminder: We
all can "infect and influence" the quantum field
around us with sheer intention. Reading this piece
before your feet hit the floor is a great way to start your
day.
